I have a real problem getting out of bed when my alarm goes off. People say you should rise as soon as possible, don’t they? Hitting the snooze button is, apparently, a really bad thing to do.
However, try as I might (not that I try particularly hard), I just can’t bring myself to crawl out of bed at 5:30am - and I know that if I set my alarm later, I’ll just get up later. It’s a vicious cycle.
Regardless, yesterday was a good day. Let’s reflect on that.
